Delivery Times & Costs

​After an order is sent out, our customers generally see their orders delivered in the below timeframes.

​

  • Portugal - 1 to 2 Business Days

  • Europe - 7 to 15 Business Days

  • United States and Canada - 10 to 25 Business Days

  • Rest of the World - 10 to 30 Business Days

 

The updated shipping costs are as follows:

  • Portugal - 6€

  • Canada - 12€

  • United States - 13€

  • Rest of the World - 9€

Orders that include original pencil drawings will always include free express shipping.

​

Please remember to enter your address correctly, to avoid any returns to us.

​Note: Our courier does not deliver packages in PO Boxes.

Customs & Import Fees

​

All orders are shipped from Portugal (European Union). Please remember that every country has its own customs rules. In some cases, your local customs office may charge extra fees, taxes, or duties before your package can be delivered.

​

 

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and we can’t control or predict them. They are the buyer’s responsibility. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office to see what the rules are for items arriving from Portugal. This will help you know if there might be extra costs or delivery delays.

 

 

USA Import Fees

​

We're excited to announce that U.S. shipping is back! 

To make the customs process easier, a 17% Import Charge will appear at checkout. This fee is calculated from your order's value and is paid to U.S. Customs by our courier, so you won't have to face any extra charges when your package arrives.

​

This only applies to postal orders. Express orders (for original pencil drawings) would need to be calculated on an order by order basis. If you're from the US and interested in purchasing an original, do not checkout. Get in touch and we'll make those calculations for you. Then you can decide whether to move forward with your order or not.

International shipments are processed through our shipper and then forwarded to your local mail carrier for final delivery. If tracking has stalled for your shipment, please use your tracking number with your local mail carrier for more tracking information
